On a vibrant day of community engagement, members of Dakok Support Centre joined forces with Cae Tan CSA in Swansea to contribute to an inspiring day of hands-on work in the fields. The collaboration showcased the power of grassroots cooperation in promoting sustainable agriculture and community well-being.
Organized by Saara Rasanen, Volunteer Coordinator at Cae Tan, the day brought together a dynamic team of volunteers who dedicated their time and energy to assist with essential tasks at the farm. Saara expressed her appreciation in a message to the group, stating:
“What an amazing team, you really made a big difference on the field. We hope that you can visit us again.”
The partnership exemplifies Dakok’s ongoing commitment to supporting local initiatives and building bridges between communities. By encouraging everyone to engage with environmental and agricultural projects, Dakok helps foster meaningful integration while strengthening local sustainability efforts.
This event is a testament to how solidarity and practical collaboration can lead to tangible, positive change. Dakok remains proud to support organizations like Cae Tan CSA and looks forward to future joint initiatives that uplift both people and planet.
