As is well known, avoiding unnecessary fires is essential to protecting life and nature.

During this hot and dry season affecting our region, the risk of fires has increased significantly. Therefore, it is essential that we all act with the utmost awareness and responsibility and avoid any behaviour that could lead to a fire.

Discarding cigarette butts, lighting charcoal fires and barbecues, or starting unnecessary fires pose a serious risk of causing devastating wildfires and widespread environmental disasters. The first victims of such disasters are ourselves, our environment, and the wildlife that brings life and beauty to nature.

Avoiding actions that could cause devastating fires is one of the greatest services we can provide to nature. Protecting the environment is not solely the responsibility of government authorities and institutions; it is also the moral duty and responsibility of every individual.

If we work together responsibly and consciously to protect our surroundings, we can help ensure a clean, safe, and protected environment for ourselves and future generations.

Protecting nature means protecting our own livelihoods and lives; let us work together to protect our natural environment.
